Terms of service

These terms apply when a school, academy or other institute (“you”) uses TaleemSuite (“the service”). By creating an account or using the service you agree to them on behalf of your institute.

Your account

The owner of an account is responsible for who it gives access to and for keeping passwords private. You must give accurate details when you sign up and keep them up to date.

Trial, pricing and payment

• New institutes may use the service free for 14 days.
• After the trial, the service is billed monthly in Pakistani rupees: a base fee ofRs 2,500 for your institute plus Rs 50for each student on your rolls that month.
• Institutes with 500 or more students may agree a volume discount with us in writing.
• If an invoice is not paid on time, we may limit the account after giving you notice. Your data is not deleted because of a late payment.
• We will give at least 30 days’ notice before changing our prices.

Your data

Everything you enter into TaleemSuite remains yours. You may export it at any time. We use it only to provide the service to you, as described in our privacy policy. You are responsible for having the right to enter information about your students, guardians and staff, and for the messages you send through the service.

Acceptable use

You may not use TaleemSuite to send messages people have not agreed to receive, to break the law, to try to reach another institute’s data, or to disrupt the service.

Availability and support

We work to keep TaleemSuite available and your data backed up, and we will tell you in advance about planned maintenance. We help with setup and answer questions during working hours in Pakistan.

Ending the service

You may stop using TaleemSuite at the end of any billing month. Before your account closes you can export your data. We may end the service for an institute that seriously breaks these terms, after notice where reasonable.

Liability

TaleemSuite is provided with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.
